Poster accepted at Biology at Scale 2026

Happy to share that I will be presenting a poster at Biology at Scale: From Variants to Cellular Programs and Functions, a Wellcome Connecting Science conference taking place at the Wellcome Genome Campus from 29 June to 1 July 2026.

I will present our work on Biologically-Informed Neural Networks via Convex Optimization Layers, which I’m developing together with Daniele Bottazzi at SaezLab. The poster will show how differentiable convex optimization layers can be used to impose biologically motivated constraints inside neural networks, with applications in metabolic and signaling prediction.
