Seminar talk at Karolinska on biologically informed neural networks

I was invited to give a seminar talk at Karolinska Institutet on biologically informed neural networks, as part of a course organized by Avlant Nilsson (SciLifeLab/Karolinska).

It was a really nice experience, and a great chance to catch up and learn more about the amazing work Avlant and his team are doing at the intersection of machine learning and biology. I really enjoyed the discussions with his team, and it was also great to meet and exchange ideas with Erik Hartman (Lund University) and Matthieu Barreau (KTH).

As a bonus, I also had the chance to enjoy a bit of Stockholm, a beautiful city with nice food 😄.

Thanks to Avlant for the invitation!
